Dimension 2: People Readiness/Development (Ability & Willingness)

4. The team/individual has **low experience** or **low confidence** regarding the task at hand.

5. The team/individual needs **autonomy** and **empowerment** to find a new solution.

6. The most critical element is **skill development** and **long-term growth** for the individual.

Dimension 3: Required Action (Control vs. Influence)

7. The primary goal is to **mitigate risk** and ensure the task is completed **correctly and consistently**.

8. You need to **champion a new vision** or **define the meaning** of success for the future.

9. Time is of the essence, and a **direct instruction/correction** is the most effective approach.
