Whether you are a new or long-term executive, the tools you get from this relationship will change your trajectory.
Content is driven by client ned for these sessions.
Each client commits to at least 6 months of coaching (nothing happens overnight)
3 evaluations will take place in 6 months. Pre-coaching, 1st quarter and end of commitment to help client to see the growth.
Discussions happen towards the end of the commitment to decide next steps.
